If you book before 10am on a weekday, we drop your bin off the same day — usually within 4 hours of the call. Book after 10am and you're looking at first delivery the following morning. We run six trucks across Perth metro so even busy suburbs like Joondalup and Fremantle get covered quickly.
Seven days is standard on every size, included in the flat price. No clock-watching, no daily rate that creeps up. If you need it longer for a bigger reno, just call us before day seven and we'll extend the hire for a small weekly fee. No surprise invoices after pick-up.
A 2m³ mini skip suits one room of clean-out or a ute-load of garden waste. A 4m³ covers a typical house declutter or a small bathroom reno. A 6m³ handles full kitchen and bathroom renos together. For a full house strip, extension, or shop fit-out you want an 8m³ or 12m³. When in doubt, size up one — it costs less than ordering a second bin.
Yes. Every price we quote over the phone or online already has GST baked in. You pay exactly what we said, no invoice shock a week later. That's the flat-price promise — hook-up, delivery, 7-day hire, tip fees, and GST all rolled into one number.
General household waste, renovation rubble, tiles, timber, metal, green waste, cardboard, and most furniture are fine. Banned items include asbestos (unless you book a dedicated asbestos bin), car tyres, liquid paint, batteries, fridges with gas, and hazardous chemicals. If you're unsure about something weird, just ask when you book.
Yes — Saturdays run full schedule 6am to 6pm, and Sundays we run a reduced crew 8am to 4pm. Weekend rates are the same as weekdays, no surcharge. It's handy for home renovators who can only work on the weekend and want the bin ready Friday night.
Our trucks use rubber-edged drop plates and the bins sit on timber rails when loaded on sensitive surfaces like exposed aggregate or pavers. We've delivered 12,000+ bins across Perth without a driveway claim. If you've got a particularly fragile surface, mention it when booking and we'll bring extra matting.
Everything goes through our Malaga sorting yard where 80% of it is diverted from landfill. Metal gets scrapped, clean timber is chipped for mulch, cardboard is baled, and clean concrete is crushed for road base. The dirty residual — about 20% — is the only thing that goes to the tip.
On your own driveway or private property, no permit needed. If the bin has to sit on the verge or a council road, you'll need a permit from your local council — City of Stirling, City of Joondalup and Town of Cambridge all have online permit forms. We can walk you through the process when you book.
Both options work. We take card payments at booking for same-day deliveries, or we can invoice trade accounts on 7-day terms. For residential customers we just take the card at booking. No cash handling, no deposits above the bin cost.
